Cancellation & refunds

Standard policy
Unless a listing states otherwise: full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before departure; 50% refund between 7 days and 48 hours before departure; no refund within 48 hours of departure.
How to cancel
Open the booking under My bookings and choose Cancel. The refund amount is shown before you confirm and is calculated automatically from the trip’s departure date and the policy above.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are initiated immediately and reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
Organiser cancellations
If an organiser cancels a trip, every traveller receives a full refund regardless of timing, and the cancellation is recorded against the organiser’s account.
Trip changes
Material changes to dates, pickup point or inclusions entitle you to cancel with a full refund within 48 hours of being notified.
Commission on refunds
Trippe reverses its commission in full on any cancelled or refunded booking. We earn nothing on a trip that does not happen.
